How to get the Kangaroo Origami sample running?

Hello all,

I'm trying to run the Kangaroo Origami sample with grasshopper 0.8.0066, but nothing happens. When I set the SimulationReset to false I get an 'out of range / index' error from the Kangaroo component.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
