Error Message

Hi, I have recently come across an issue with using Grasshopper on Rhino 5, seems when I load it I get this error massage. Ive done several things to troubleshoot but nothing seems to work. I think there is a file missing but is not sure, I Downloaded straight from McNeal and have already tried repairing the installation.
