Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hei, I have a problem with the Mesh/Ray intersection.

it used to create the intersection points between the mesh and the ray, i.e. exactly there where the mesh and the ray intersect in 3D, but now it kind of "moves" the points into the plane of the "ray start point", that means the intersection points are not "in" the mesh anymore.

does anybody know what happend to the mesh/ray command??

thanks,

Martin

Hi Martin,

yes, there was a bug in RhinoCommon and it has now been fixed.

It should be available with the next release of Grasshopper. In Grasshopper on Rhino 5 (as you have) it should already be with the next update of Rhino 5.

Thanks,

I have Rhino 5, and still doesn't work fine. Do you know when is next update?

Hi Jose,

It should not be that far.
