Fixed, due to changes in the Rhino display logic it behaves differently now (better I'd say). Inside the Bake window, you get a complete list of all defined display modes including a "Default" option which causes the geometry to adhere to whatever the viewport display mode setting is.

 

I don't know yet when I'll release the next version, but it won't be too long as this is an important fix.
