Cleveland Medical Mart

We're finally able to share some projected related work!  This link is to the first in a series of post that will describe LMNts involvement in the design of the Cleveland Medical Mart.

In February of 2010, a joint partnership between Merchandise Mart Properties (MMPI) and Cuyahoga County chose LMN Architects as the designer for the Cleveland Medical Mart and Convention Center project.  The Design and Construction Document phases occurred over a mere 13 months.  This was one of the first projects in our firm where we were able to use Grasshopper extensively during design, particularly on the facade system of the building. 

Over the next month or two we'll be unpacking how we used Grasshopper and other digital tools to get the project designed, documented, and on its way towards fabrication.
