remember that a rhino esr exchange platform and from the five rhino mesh import and export are in double precision.

Someone might proove me wrong, but I think the biggest problem with using a geometry only file format such as dxf or dwg is that objects inside do not carry attributes such as names.
A quick script to export each object to it's own file…

there is a voronoi component.... look under mesh -> voronoi
use the wip version 0.6.0019 and thanks to david
