Closest Point - Hoopsnake Marching

Hi Everyone,Recently stumbled on this Hoopsnake component while trying to work on a system for a facade on a studio project of mine. At this point, I'm running into some trouble with the feedback loops, as I'm basically trying to take a list of points on the border of a mesh piece, and search from each of those points one-by-one through a set of the equal number of subdivisions on the interior 'apertures' in the panel. With this logic, the edge of the triangulated mesh would be divided based on…See More

Surface Relaxation - Various Spring Tolerances

Hi Everyone, I'm having some trouble with stiffness tolerances for surface relaxation in Kangaroo. I'm attempting use the surface relaxation as a form-finder for a cable-net clastic structure which i'm using to skin my design studio building. I'm trying to use varying degrees of stiffness in separate curve sets to create somewhat of a rigid 'seam' definition on the surface of the processed relaxation, and was wondering if anyone can see some sort of mis-step or error in my process. I'm getting…See More

Sweep 2 Curve Seams?

Hi all, Just wondering if there is any way to adjust the curve seams on a sweep 2 in grasshopper... i ned to manipulate the seam to move along an existing curve, rather than parallel to the loft... the manual adjustment in rhino is easy to make, but I'm trying to script it in grasshopper for much easier variable adjustment... fairly new to grasshopper so any help would be appreciated... attached a screenshot for reference, the left module is the manually created one in rhino, the right is the…See More
