This is the quintessential case where you should begin using data trees and fancy wires! Check out the GH Primer 2nd Ed (p36). There's an interpolation example documented. Good luck and post again if you have any questions.

also, could i just add, how can the arches move so that the mid point on the smallest arch would sit on the mid point on the last curve of the previosu batch. Not sure how clear that is but basicaaly as it is in the image.
