"I have also noticed this Delete-Focus issue. At least in my case, however, the Delete-Focus issue is intermittent, and can usually be fixed by restarting Rhino. I have not yet found a workaround for the inability to Paste"

"Unfortunately, attempting to paste in to notepad gives no result. Is it possible that this issue is related to using 32-bit rhino on a 64-bit system? Copy/Paste did work in Grasshopper months ago when I was using a 64-bit WIP build of Rhino."

As the title says, I am unable to copy+paste components in Grasshopper, via CTRL+V or by Edit>Paste (or Paste in place, Paste in center, etc.). I do not get an error message or indication that it failed... but nonetheless, nothing happens. Python component crashing Grasshopper, Rhino.

I finally updated to the new (June 2012) version of the python component, alongside the newly released version of Grasshopper (0.9x). I cannot use the new component, however as it crashes both Rhino (latest 5.0) and Grasshopper when I right-click on it and select "Open Editor". Just installed the ghpython component for grasshopper, and it took me quite a while to realize that the reason it wasn't working was because the default python component is loading with the inputs and outputs named incorrectly.As you can see in the attached screenshot... the top component is unaltered from the way it loads - and the inputs are named "Variable x, Variable y", the outputs named "Result a".In the bottom component I have renamed the variables to simply "x" and "a", and adjusted the…See More
