Thanks, is it possible to do the same with the surface subdivided like i had in the initial image?  I tried connecting the divided surfaces from the subsrf component into the project to surface but i think there has to be some kind of sorting.…

You have to project your curves onto the object if you want to trim it. By the way this is not a polysurface, but a single surface, which makes things easier. Here is a way to do it: With a BRep, you would have to adapt that a little.
