It's possibly a display problem, drawing lots and lots of cylinders is graphically intense.
If you try using the SDR sweep profile using a circular profile instead of pipe, there is an option to generate a coarser (more planar faces) mesh…

Then, I flatten them all and use the command Delaunay Edges in MESH to connect all of them as a net.Then I use the command Trim with region to remove the lines that out of the surface.At last, I remove the null and invalid items of the list and connect it to the command Pipe, the…See More

Thanks very much Trevor! And I found my another problem was that there were several sharp corners in the curves, so after I filleting them, the loft worked!

Offset typically changes the tree structure: i.e. if your curve was at {0}, the offset curve is likely at {0;0}.
If you use Merge component before connecting them to Loft you can use a Panel or Param Viewer to check if they are in the same branch.…
