Output List into Rhino3d as text tag

All, Is there a way to output a list of data displayed in a panel into rhino as a tag or text. I have a given number of parameters that I'm using for an iterative design of a project and I would like to figure out a way as I bake the iterations to log in the interface the parameters used to generate the iteration. My thought was to output a series of text tags for each of the parameters and was optimistic this could all be done from one list into a text tag. "Hi Jonathan, the only way to do this is to write a Script in a VB or C# component. It's not particularly difficult, all you need is a Viewport Name and a Point location (or points if you also want to set the target). But I've never tried…"
