Ah, here we are again :) I trimmed down the scritp to only include the random distribution. Each point is positioned randomly within it's separate square. Dim strObject, arrBox, dblX, dblY, strDensity, n, x, y, dblRan1, dblRan2,…

The result looks great:) I added randomness to the insertion points in my script. It helps greatly on the visual result. I'll send you the script if you are interested. -Jørgen

Similarly, for now, you could also use a series of sliders (set 0-1) to represent the ON/OFF options, with each "switch" tied to a Filter component.

Yeah, that's right. It would be nice to select a group of components, right-click and disable/enable solver for the bunch.

Check out the "enable/disable solver" button (or solution > disable solver) in the newest version of GH.

Try this method using the Cull Pattern Component and a Boolean Toggle

Wish or Q: ON/OFF switch

I wish for an ON/OFF toggle switch that basically lets data pass through ornot. With a double click (or drag) to Toggle feature. It would be great for setups with multiple threads or trees or whatever theyare called. As I have multiple objects doing multiple things so when I alter the objects theentire system comes to a holt before the calculation is done, so I need a "pause" feature.Right now I solve this by having two documents open in Grasshopper andswitch between them to deactivate…See More

Hei Jørgen! Det er nok en del andre tegneprogrammer som skjelver litt etterhvert som GH tar over verden :)
