Recalcuate Solution After Object Attributes Change

I am currently using an object's name attribute as a parameter, but I have to manually force a recalculation of the solution any time I change this attribute in Rhino. Is it possible for Grasshopper to recalculate the solution after a referenced object's attributes are changed in Rhino?I assume this probably requires adding an event listener in C# (my preference) or VB. I recently upgraded to the new version of Grasshopper 0.7.052 (and I am using Rhino 5 WIP 64-bit on Windows 7). I have noticed that the .ghx files it saves are not compatible with the most recent stable built (0.6.0059).
