Hi, David. I've found a dicidion! =) I devided curves (shatter), made an offset for each part, joined curves and after that I united regions.

Also I have to say that it works in other files, but in this file after "wetgrid" (vb script.. not mine) it works sometimes.. . I tried to rebuild curves, to bake it.. etc, but it doesn't help..
