Continuous / minimal / rhetomic surfaces

Hi,I'm currently working on trying to define a continous surface that changes slope and splits into multiple levels, based on programmatic requirements. Basically I want to define programmatic points which the surface is attracted to, points which the surface must connect to (touch) and points where the surface can split into multiple levels. Obviously this is no small task but I am absolutely brain-dead on how to approach it and was wondering whether anyone may have any ideas, definitions or…See More

I'd be really interested in somehting like this too .. Probably can do something with importing the number data from excel and drawing circles , midpoints, lines ....

Adel, I looked at your file but could not see how it works - what sort of input data order do I have to provide? I have the same problems with merging lists..

Use two series component to create two list with the exact same indices... then merge the list in the same order that you did with the point list, and finally use the sort component with the merge indices list and the point list (use the indices…

Merge 2 different lists, keeping original index

Hi all,Quick question that I'm banging my head with.. I'm have 2 lists of points, each with 5 items. I want to, for example, select items 2 and 4 from list 1 and items 1,3,5 from list 2 -- then merge them together into a new list, keeping the order of the original index - ie. so the result is not 2,4,1,3,5 but 1,2,3,4,5.Would really appreciate some help, I'm sure it's something quick, maybe it's just late:)Thanks very much!AdelSee More

Thanks for this, looks really good, some really useful tools have been added. One issue I'm having though - any points i attempt to input to the Convex Hull component give me an "index out of range" error.... Best, Adel

Create intervals from true/false list

Hi guys,My aim is to divide a surface (isotrim), explode it and then use the vertices to figure out the corner points of each panel - and then to use those to start creating some geometries. My issue is that I don't want to subdivide the surface with a regular grid, but rather something quite irregular and random. So, I'm taking each of the vertices and applying a random x or y movement - obviously the problem here is that many overlap, and by applying a unique transformation I lose the…See More
