Hi Hassan Raza,
it is a simple surface deformed through control points that is then closed to realize the polysurface.

how did you manage to make this geometry? Is this from simple box corner to corner command ?

I tried to simplify these two digital fabrication techniques.
Strip definition uses the Unroll component provided by GENERATION, a simple plug-in that i developed for Grasshopper:
