Hi Serena:

Maybe files you copied in component folders are locked ("windows security mesure" as they come from another computer) to change this you should open component folther, right click each one of these files and unlock them by clicking the check box  lower in the properties tab.

Hope this help to get Millipide running.

By the way in my opinion this "security measure" is another of several ridiculous amendments in windows OS

best regards

Ale

sorry, i forget to attach the image

this is the right click file properties tab you should get for each file (it doesent shows up for a group of files, just one by one)

Hi Serena:

Besides downloading and installing latest version of millipide You should have also installed genoform... maybe you have already done it but you should be shure you have "unlocked" every file in component folder one by one in order to have all plugins and modules readable by grasshopper.

Tell me if this works.

link to latest version of millipide as by today:

http://www.sawapan.eu/sections/section88_Millipede/files/MillipedeR...

 version is dated march 2014

Hi Serena...

by the way... Millipede message seems to be just an automatic warning as it works as usual despite of it. and as far as I know there is no new version of millipede since march 2014.

Ale
