algorithmic modeling for Rhino

PCM materials

Hi Everyone,

Just a clarification with PCMs. Are there any specific settings I have to tweak when creating a custom material which is a PCM? i.e., will it be able to accurately mirror the effects of phase change during diurnal swings?

Or do I simply copy the values for conductivity, density, etc. (as is) from here:

Search EnergyPlus mailing list for PCM materials and you will find a lot of discussions and example files. Jeremiah Crossett has replied to most of the emails about modeling PCM. Maybe you want to search his name next to PCM.
