Panel special code mappings.

Grasshopper on Rhino6 will have support for 'special codes'. When enabled in the menu, special character combinations in curly braces will be replaced by other characters.

The attached file shows all predefined mapping pairs. This data is always up to date as it is harvested directly from the panel api itself.
