My question is how i can fix it ??? and why it tell me that:

From the EnergyPlus error it seems you have so many material layer in a construction. I can't check your file right now but if you open a new discussion in Ladybug group (http://www.grasshopper3d.com/group/ladybug/forum) I or someone else will take a look at your file soon.
