I used to think starting a small business would automatically give more freedom and less stress, but it actually shifts everything in a different direction. Instead of having one boss, you suddenly have responsibility for every decision, especially when it comes to money and time. What felt realistic while reading bizop is that it doesn’t pretend things get easier, it shows that in the beginning you often work more and earn less before anything stabilizes.
