Palmer. The piece was inspired by his CNC router pavilions. I wanted to produce a dome on the laser cutters. The grasshopper definition I made allowed me to adjust the intersecting ribs to insure it was structurally sound and all the pieces would fit on a 32" x 18" laser bed.
