The definition does not divide any given room. It only rearranges them and gives them a new outline. If you want to study my definition further, I have to emphasize that it relies on the external program "Gephi" to make a Graph for a given Floorplan, as well as the Grasshopper plugin "Spiderweb" to deal with such a Graph.
