hey! hello there thanks for the great tutorial Generative Algorithm its a great tool for understanding GH.
i ll like to ask you something, i been doing the Simple line patern example, and i just want to know how can you apply a patern like the one in the example to an exiting surface instead of a series of point ?? or how can you explode the surface into a serie of points, so you can apply the patern??
thanks again for the great tutorial

Hi Zubin,

firstly thank you very much for your wonderful tutorial. Well, i have been learning GH from your 'Generative Algorithm'.

i have 1 query so far. In fig 5.35, you have flipped the top curve (giving the explanation tht top and bottom curves are not in same direction). I also noticed tht if i don;t use flip component i don't get desired results.

If possible, could you please explain y top and bottom curves are not in same direction? also, does it stand true for every surfaces?

your clarification would be highly appreciated.

cheers,
Agneesh
