need help in radial segment parametric floor

New to Rhino/ GH – about to start

Would like to continue with my asymmetric domes from where Mathcad14 stopped

Hope that Rhino/GH features could take the unfinished design to a completely built dome. Need a jump start.

Can someone show me how to parametrically develop a radial segmented floor?

The Part 3 of attached shows  the detail inputs for radial segmented  deck floor on a truncated paraboloid. An image of the GH floor would be helpful along with step-wise instructions.
