im tring to isotrim this surface but the output being returned is as follows,

OUTPUT :

BUT I WANT ISOTRIM TO PRESERVE THE SHAPE OF THE SURFACE.how do i do that?

just to add. i had made a curve and patched it to form the original surface. 

is that the reson why the bug appears?
