algorithmic modeling for Rhino

applying strip components to line geometry

Hi there

Quite new to grasshopper so wondering if there is anyone out there who can lend a hand.

Basically, I have been using a locust particle definition to create geomerty of lines connecting a swarm of points. The points become nodes and the lines connecting them are branches.

I Would like to experiment with applying modules/components to that geometry. Very much in the experimental stage as to what the modules could be but currently i am at transforming the branching lines into strips which could be curved or bent due to forces of compression. i have modelled the rhino geometry here:

Also would like to start experimenting with other component or modular forms which could be applied to the point/node  - line/branch geometry in grasshopper

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i should clarify: i want help in applying the geometry ive created in rhino to my structure via grasshopper. Not sure if any of this is possible or even makes sense but would love some help all the same
