Though I did not fully understand yours, this definition is the result I've tried to make according to your design sketch.
As already mentioned, I don't have enought time, so the final result was not finished in detail.
Anyway you can check and modify.

I'm not sure if I can help you. I can't afford enought time to design that kind of thing because I'm now working on an architectural project.
Also I don't know whether I am someone who is suitable for the job. I'm an architect.
