Peter, I'm having much better luck with the definition after reinstalling Grasshopper. I still can't get my triangulation to be nearly as even as yours. Would you (or anyone who's had good luck) mind posting the vector outlines you started with, so I can see if it's a problem with size/shape of my outlines?

Thank you!

I'm having difficulty because the illustrator import is composed of polycurves, with seams at the bezier points. This makes it so only a subcurve is evaluated and divided, and not the full polycurve. Any help?

I think the problem is, that you did the setting up wrongly — Here's the GH stuff of mine in the photo:

i have my curves imported as .ai to rhino this are my steps
Params>geometry>curves>set multiple curves
Curve>analysis>evaluate curve>>>> C conect with my curves >> t set on 15
Mesh>triangulation>delaunay edges>>>> P connect with P
i'm not getting a cool picture like yours, please help me, thanx a lot!

OK, so here's the deal: I grab a photo to Preview (Mac) make it to BW. Then I opened it in Adobe Illustrator and make this bitmap with Live Trace (I just select the best solution for my photo — you have to try all the methods in Illu LT) and then get the fills out, add the outlines in and get a fully functional .ai file. I imported it in Rhino to the scene, opened GH add a Curve modul » Set multiply Curves and then I selected all my curves. After this evalated my curve with 15 points. Finally I've added the delanuai triangle components and baked it.
Is it clear now?
