Hello George, the surface algorithm is almost the same as in Arturo’s book ( by the way, a very good book). I don’t know if it is right to post the algorithm here as well.

Hello, Arturo and thanks for the direction, i will shurely check that out! In this picture i see an identical iregularity on every gill and that maybe gives me some clue about the definition. But i wonder on a bigger surface, if the size of the openings can be controled by an attractor?
