Hi,

the mold for the C-Stone is a one-time only,, after curing it was dissolved.

ah ok, i see. but i've got still one question :)

i understand that by cutting of the end of the mesh at the "c-bench" you can take out the foam-parts. but did you also cut into the mesh of the "stone"? or did you cut it out with something like a heating wire?

Hello Sonny inc,

the material is Carbon fiber + resin, after curing it gets solid.

The mold is made from EPS foam.(CNC)

Peter

first of all: very nice project, i really like it a lot! :)

i've got a few questions about your project. what kind of material is the mesh itself and the one you're putting the mesh on? is it some kind of balloon? do you glue the mesh so it doesn't fall apart?
