do you mind sharing the script of the simple Gyroid Isosurface?

Yes!..... here is a pic of a simple Gyroid Isosurface script, I had in mind that could use your noise scripting talents :)

If you want to use Isosurface I can post my script

Kim,

it could be possible but at the moment I just know the components Simplex Noise and Perlin Noise from 4D noise on food4rhino

http://www.food4rhino.com/project/4dnoise?etx

these components need coordinate Point(x,y, z), time and a scale. They output values between -1 and 1. So you can use this function. It is what I do.

For the scale, I put say it is the number of "variations" you want divided by the characteristic size (height, length...) of your object.

I also reproduce Dents texture from Cinema4d, instead of multiplying 2 noises you add to sum them. Cranal on Left, Dents on Right

Yikes! I can't edit my last post :(

Hi Laurent:

I was wondering if you are able to add a noise subroutine to an F(X) evaluate expression
which would look like the attached pic if it was added to the expression?

Here is an example Gyroid Gh that might benefit from such a conversion
