Cool, it looks in very good quality as such a large piece, do you know how long it took to print it?

well the concept is taken from Radiolarias which are :"protozoa of that produce intricate mineral skeletons, typically with a central capsule dividing the cell into the inner and outer portions of endoplasm and ectoplasm." 
it was 3D printed by a company named D-shape which made the first giant 3d printer in the world. and the material they used is a an artificial Sand stone + inorganic binder.
