In disassembled state it should weigh no more than 192 kg and be able to be transported in no more than 6 regular suitcases. The pavilion we designed ended weighing 75 kilo meaning that 2 people could carry it around once fully assembled. Polypropylene sheets can be folded several times without snapping. But the material we used was recycled polypropylene and wasn't as ductile as new plastic but still strong enough to build the pavilion.
