Topologizer+Exoskeleton

Demo of a network CleanUp/Topologizer tool I've been working on. The input line network can contain: gaps, duplicates, overlaps, crossings, and stray segments. The output is a cleaned and connected network, along with full topology information. I think this could be useful for preparing input for Exoskeleton and Kangaroo
