algorithmic modeling for Rhino

My aim is to panel a cylindrical lofted type surface using a surface/box morph however my component is hexagonal and I have yet to figure out a way to panel this shape in a surface/box morph type setup. Any help or Ideas again would be much appreciated. Here I have looked at setting up my components in a diamond shaped configuration as a solution for my surface morph problem?

Thanks for your comment Lars. I did end up cutting the panel into a rectangular piece exactly as you pictured. It was just I was hoping to find a way to panel it using a single three armed component so it could be broken down into more manageable pieces after the morph. thanks for the tip though :) Also Wade you are more then welcome to take a look at my files message me if you still want them.

Since you've already made the panel as shown in another picture, you could from that finished panel cut a suitable piece (rectangular) to use for the box morph.

Could you share this file? I have a totally different use for it, mostly I want to learn how.

I understand if you don't NP.
