Hi David,

the red area is visible from the car at 100%, while the blue area is obstructed.
I have just two colors because I used just one point of view. To understand well take a look at these images:

one point of view

In this case, the red area means that it is completely visible from all view points.

Moreover, it is possible check the results with First-person view.
