Yerko,

All dimensions (parameters) are actual... Good point though.

Actual notch widths can be adjusted for tolerances, but the section curves would (technically) be smaller than actual (if you were trying to be extremely precise).

If this is an issue, you can offset the section curves...

this is awesome.........
but i have one question...did you consider the loss of material due to laser cutting (for instance) as a tolerance in the "input parameters" area?....a 3mm acrylic begins to fit well on a 2.6mm notch....with a 3mm notch the structure gets all wiggly
