that's funny
actually, I've taken some random geometry into a cnc software package and ran a tool path then I prevised the toolpath and output the results as an stl. you should be able to do this with rhino cam. It's rather interesting to model with the toolpath because you can specify so many different tool sizes and shapes and each one generates very different results and textures - it really is another potential emergent strategy. I guess the way you could come close to this in GH is to use the http://www.grasshopper3d.com/video/gcode-writer-for-surface and then mesh the resulting points but it just won't be as capable as existing tools like, visualmill, matercam, dlecam, etc.
