We had several questions during the installation phase, and their team was available even outside standard hours to assist us. We contacted them through email and phone, and in one case, they set up a video consultation to help us troubleshoot an issue with a fibre fusion splicer. Their engineers are clearly experienced and committed to helping clients, which gave us a lot of confidence during implementation.

It looks too bulky and closed. In my opinion, this option is better suited for an outdoor event.
