algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Finally got around to implementing the ball pivoting algorithm. 11000 points in just over half a second with the help of RhinoCommon's RTree class.

Not a problem. Yeah there's still a few kinks that still need ironing out. Most notably, it seems to hang under certain conditions. Once that's dealt with, I'd be happy to package it up.

Thank you so much! Fantastic talent. You should think about polishing this up a bit more and releasing it as a plug-in; I can think of a few industrial designers I know who would love you for it.

Thanks guys. Here's a download link. It tends to spit out some non manifold edges when the point set gets too noisy or the ball radius gets too small so be on the look out.

Hey man I've been searching for a working definition for ball-pivoting for a couple of months now, and this thing looks amazing! Any change you'd be willing to share this definition? I will build a golden statue of you on my lawn.
