hi, its cool.  I am a tutor in a university. 

I am interested to learn more from this and build a mini 1:5 model with gridshell... is this grid shell ? hmm it seems to be on a projection from plan view. Anyway if you can share with me some insight of how this process. I didnt really catch some of the pictures.

I used Kangaroo. When the model was finished I detected a few errors in the relaxation because the stretching of the initial condition was too much.  That would have been solved by running kangaroo two or three times, baking in between so that the simulation starts from a condition closer to the final solution.

That is amazing! Did you use Kangaroo or Karamba to do the gravity simulation in the 7th slide?
