Simple Helmtholtz resonator, in architectural acoustics it is used to absorb a particular frequency depending on S= the area of the bottle's aperture, L=the lenght of the neck, and V=the main volume of the bottle. I said bottle because is like the primitive shape, the main volume and the S factor can have any shape, with the perfomance constraints or goals for which the resonator is mean to be constructed.
