Thank you for the reply Steve.

Not sure I understood you.

Is there any way you can post a picture from the inside, to see the supporting curtain wall structure?
Not much can be seen from upper picture perspective.

To add teh cable net is composed of maybe 300 cables in total. The two primary cables are each composed of roughly 200 cables bundled together..............

The two primary cables provide vertical support to a structrue below as well as providing a stifff edge support to the cable net for lateral wind load. The cable net itself is composed of horizontal and vertical cables. The horizontal cables provide lateral resistance to wind loads and are anchored at teh perimeter of the structure and at the inetrmediate points by struts connectign abck to the primary cables. Gravity loads are carried by the vertical cables up to a mega truss at the top of the structrue.....................

Hi Steve. It looks nice, but I do not understand it.

The whole facade relies on two pre-stressed cables?

Its a little big inst it? What was interestign is that the main cables holding up the rocker mechanism and the lantern, also provide lateral support to the cable net for lateral wind loads. We had to use SpaceGASS to form find the cable net geometry and the main cable geometry. The rocker mechanism is fully articulated to prevent overloading of the cable forces on the structure under seismic loads. At least thats the theory ;)
