Not Sap2000, IFC (Industry Foundation Class) is a neutral BIM format that is imported/exported to various degrees of success in all the major BIM software (including Revit, ArchiCAD, Tekla, Digital Project etc etc).  I have developed a plugin to import and export this data in Rhino (and Grasshopper).
