yes, pretty simple definition;    create a series of curves, divide those curves, flip the matrix, connect division points across those lines with new lines, rebuild the new curves with X control points, and then here either use an attractor point or curve to manipulate the control points -or- use something like jpeg, bitmap, etc. to manipulate control points, then just rebuild those moved control points and loft one original curve to the manipulated curve in front of it.
