medical application interface

Today we are at a point in humanity where everything generally works through digital and it is not crazy to know that you can already contact doctors through applications, make consultations and so on, but has anyone thought about the interface of those applications? I am talking about the one used by medical centers, hospitals or private doctors, I feel that they have a somewhat complex interface to be able to use for the common user and my question is, is there any way that they can create a much easier to use interface? I would like to know your opinion on this and what you know about this topic, I will be reading you

    It is a good idea to develop medical application. Now a days, everything is digital and managing a big data is also difficult without any application. So, developing an application is a good decision. There are some websites which may provide you these services in better way.
