Octupos craches

Hi,

I am new to octopus and I am using it or the first time.I have this problem that I couldn't detect the reason behind it that every time  I try to delete the Octopus component Rhinoceros crashes.

I discovered this recently, and it should be fixed now!

I will upload a new version soon, maybe today.
