Calling Octopus in a C# scripting component

Dear friends and colleagues,

I am trying to use Octopus in an automated process.
One of the options came in my mind was to call it as a class in a C# scripting component. But since I am not sure it if is possible or not, I would appreciate it if you could share with me your experiences in this case or any other ideas that I can do what I need to do are greatly appreciated.
